Is my data secure?
Yes. Reachy uses official OAuth (Meta, TikTok, Google) · you log in on the platforms' own servers, we never see your password, and Reachy only requests the read permissions it needs. Your access tokens stay server-side, on a database hosted in Dublin, Ireland (EU) and encrypted at rest, fully GDPR compliant. You can revoke Reachy's access at any time from each platform.
Can I customize the colors of my media kit?
Yes. Pick your accent color, your theme (light / dark), and one of two designs · Aura and Spark. During beta, all customization is free · unlimited access to Pro options, no credit card.
Which social platforms are supported?
Three platforms via their official APIs · Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Connect one or several, Reachy aggregates your verified analytics into a single kit. Facebook and Twitch are planned, they are not there yet. For Instagram, your account needs to be Business or Creator (free, switch in 30 seconds from the Instagram app).
How much will it cost after the beta?
A free plan will always stay available. A Pro plan (advanced customization, full stats history) will become paid at launch · everyone who joins during the beta keeps a preferred price for life. No credit card during the beta.
How are my stats “verified”?
Reachy pulls your numbers straight from the platforms' official APIs via OAuth · nothing is entered by hand. What a brand sees on your kit is your real, auto-synced data · impossible to inflate, so brands can trust it.
Can I export my kit as a PDF?
Not right now. PDF export is on hold · the web link stays the way to share your kit, and it has the advantage of staying current after you send it, which a PDF never does. The feature will come back.
Can I delete my data or my account?
Anytime. You can disconnect a platform or delete your kit right away, and request erasure of your account from your settings, with no need to email us. Your data is then erased within 30 days, as GDPR requires.
